These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between Espace Lab and any person making a purchase via our website www.espace-lab.ch. By placing an order, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms.
2. Order
All orders placed on our site are final once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email is sent automatically.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped by Swiss Post via our internal logistics service. A tracking number is sent to the customer by email as soon as the package is taken in charge by the postal service. Delivery times generally range between 2 and 5 business days, depending on the destination.
4. Claims
Any claim regarding received goods (missing, damaged, or non-compliant products) must be made in writing to the following address: info@espace-lab.ch, within 10 days of receipt of the package.
After this period, delivery is considered accepted without reservation.
