Returning your kit from France (for patients without Swiss health insurance)

Print all pages
Sign all required sections (4 signatures)

⚠️ One in ten parcels from France is delayed at customs due to non-compliance with the return procedure.

Important Information

Delivery time: approx. 5 business days after order placement.
If you’re under treatment, wait 1 month after your last dose before collecting your sample. For questions, contact question-lyme@espace-lab.ch.
Drop off your return envelope at your local post office only on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, before the cut-off time. See cut-off times.
Do not send your kit the day before a Swiss public holiday. Swiss public holidays.
Results are available approx. 4 weeks after sample receipt.
Results will not be shared by phone.
Samples must be clearly labeled with your full name and date of birth.
The kit must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
