Outbound shipping: Outbound shipping is included in the kit purchase price.
Return shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Instructions: Send the sample, prescription form, and proof of payment or a bank check made out to Espace Lab by post.

Postage: Use the international standard letter rate (1.40 €) or two red priority stamps for fast delivery (under 72 hours).
Return shipping by parcel: Please download, sign, and include the proforma invoices in the parcel’s document pouch.
Result Turnaround Time
The turnaround time for dental test results is 10 to 20 business days from the date the samples are received by the laboratory.
