Return shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Instructions: Send the sample, prescription form, and proof of payment or a check made out to Espace Lab by post.

Postage: use international standard letter rate (1.40 €) or two priority red stamps for faster delivery (under 72 hours).
Return shipping by parcel: Please download, sign, and include the proforma invoices in the parcel’s document pouch.
Result Turnaround Time
Dental test results are available within 10 to 20 business days after the samples are received by the laboratory.
