Outbound shipping: Included in the kit purchase price.
Return shipping: The return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
Instructions: Send the sample, prescription form, and proof of payment or a check made out to Espace Lab by post.

Postage: Use international standard letter rate (1.40 €) or two red priority stamps for delivery within 72 hours.
Return shipping by parcel: Please download, sign, and include the proforma invoices in the document pouch of your parcel.
Result Turnaround Time
Dental test results are available within 10 to 20 business days after the samples are received by the laboratory.

- 1 Tyvek envelope (C5)
- 1 individually wrapped sterile 2 ml Eppendorf microtube
- 10 Sure.endo absorbent paper points (2 pouches of 5 points each)
