Print all pages
Sign all required pages (4 signatures)

⚠️ 1 in 10 parcels sent from France is delayed at customs due to patients not following this procedure.

Important Information

Once you order your kit, please allow approximately 5 business days for delivery.
If you are undergoing treatment, wait one month after your last dose before collecting your sample. For any questions, contact: question-lyme@espace-lab.ch
Drop off your samples at the post office only on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, respecting the local cut-off times. Chronopost cut-off times
Do not send samples on the eve of a Swiss public holiday. Swiss public holidays
Results are available within 4 weeks after we receive your samples.
Results will not be communicated by phone.
Samples must be clearly labeled with your full name and date of birth.
Kits must be returned to the lab within a maximum of 60 days.
