Outbound shipping: Included in the kit purchase price.
Return shipping: At the customer’s expense.
Note: Send the sample by post along with the prescription form and proof of payment or a check payable to Espace Lab.

Postage: Use international standard letter postage (€1.40) or 2 red priority stamps for faster delivery (under 72 hours).
Return shipping in a parcel: Please download, sign, and include the pro forma invoices in the shipping pouch.
Results turnaround time
Dental analysis results are delivered within 10 to 20 business days from the date the samples are received by the lab.

Ordering and payment methods
With prepayment:
The dental practice orders and pays for the kits on this page:
- You will receive a purchase invoice by email in Euros
- The kits delivered to your practice will be marked “prepaid”
- You invoice the kit to your patient during the consultation
- Optional: by creating an account on our website, you’ll have access to your order and invoice history
Without prepayment – monthly billing:
The dental practice requests and receives the kits without prepayment, with monthly invoicing in CHF:
- You will receive a monthly invoice in CHF for the kits sent to Espace Lab for analysis
- You invoice the kit to your patient during the consultation
- To order kits with monthly billing in CHF, please contact us
Without prepayment – online payment:
The dental practice requests and receives the kits without prepayment; the patient pays online:
- To order kits with patient payment via the internet, select the no prepayment option
- During the consultation, the patient pays for the dental kit in Euros via this page
- The patient receives a payment confirmation by email with a link to download the invoice
- The practice or the patient prints the payment confirmation and includes it with the kit when sending it to Espace Lab
Without prepayment – payment by check:
The dental practice requests and receives the kits without prepayment; the patient pays by check:
- To order kits with patient payment by check, select the no prepayment option
- During the consultation, the patient writes a check to be included with the kit before shipping it to Espace Lab
- Check payments are not available in Switzerland, and Espace Lab cannot always issue check receipts
- In this case, the practice informs the patient that no purchase invoice or receipt will be provided by Espace Lab
- If the patient requests a receipt for the check, a €2 fee will be added to the price of the OMC kit
